At The Shoe Collective, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
